Refund policy

All orders at Got 2 Have That Shirt are custom-made to order using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Reprints: If your order arrives with a print defect, incorrect item, or damage caused by us, we will reprint your order at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at got2havethatshirt@gmail.com.

Customer Artwork: We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or incorrectly formatted files submitted by the customer. Please ensure your design file is high quality before submitting.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
